TERM OF SERVICE

GENERAL
I will make a character design or character sheet for you at the price that i put, but if you want a rendered illustration it will be charged as the details said.I DO

-NSFW- for commission client must give detail and reference as how the character will be and should be, for example explaining who is the character, how is it, and what it does, client must also required to put detail on the clothing and a reference picture is a must (minimum 5 picture)- if the client wanted a character sheet the client must also put detail on the sheet, like body rotation, face expression, clothing detail, etc.PAYMENTS
- the commission will be worked if there's already a down payment for 50% of the base price
-the price will also change as how much detail (for the sheet) and how the hard the commission will be (coloring and more than one object)REVISIONS
-1 time for sketch and line art 5 time max on colored or full illustration
-1 time major changes for the design itself (face, clothing, body type, genre)
-4 minor changes for the illustration (line art, color, expression, etc.)DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
estimated delivery ( one week up to three weeks) depends on how detailed and complex the characters are, the client queue also will also affected for the delivery time.when i start my work i will inform and give you updates on the commission every 2-3 days, or you can contact me if i'm availableRIGTH AND USAGE
-the artist will have right of the image/illustration for the artist to upload to social media and use it for portfolio-the client will have the right of the character it self ,and the illustration cannot be sold to other peopleINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
-the client and the artist will share the rights for the characters IPREFUNDS
- the payment will be refunded if the artist had an unexpected problem during the commission and the commission itself not finished-if the client have a change of mind and wanted to cancel the commission when it's on progress, the client might loose 50 % of the commission depending on how much the progress have been made
